Ahmed is in charge of research and innovation projects at Ziwig. In this role, he coordinates research and innovation projects and manages clinical trials with the scientific partners in the Ziwig ecosystem.

Before joining Ziwig, Ahmed held positions of responsibility in the French Ministry of Health. He was also director of the Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur regional health agency and director of various university hospitals in France and Morocco, including the Fondation Cheikh Khalifa. He was subsequently Chairman of the Elsan Group in Morocco.

Ahmed is a hospital director and alumnus of the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Santé Publique (EHESP-France). He graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Clermont-Ferrand.
