Valentin oversees Ziwig’s financial management, ensuring short, medium, and long-term financing. He structures Ziwig’s international development and manages investor relations.

Before joining Ziwig, Valentin was CFO Americas and then CFO Worldwide of a major international logistics group, where he managed performance, development and the entire organisational and digital transformation. He also has ten years’ experience in a leading consulting firm on strategic issues in finance, M&A and post-M&A.

Valentin graduated from Harvard and ESSEC.
